A memo. Special Measures in Corporate Relations in the Republic of Belarus
โIn Belarus, a series of extraordinary measures have been implemented concerning companies with participation from individuals and entities originating from "unfriendly" states. These measures encompass both corporate decisions and financial operations:โ
- Obtaining permission from the Council of Ministers.
- Restrictions on the distribution of profits (dividends).
- Specific taxation on profits (dividends).
- Introduction of temporary external administration.
- Nationalisation of shares
